So after checking myself a few times, I think I've figured out what I need.

    exhaust
    1. 260 - .20mm - good
    2. 260 - .30mm - out, need 270
    3. 270 - .09mm - out, need 260
    4. 270 - .07mm - out, need 260

    intake
    1. 275 - .09mm - out, need 270
    2. 265 - .09mm - out, need 260
    3. 270 - .18mm - out, need 275
    4. 270 - .09mm - out, need 265

SO! with some sleight of hand switcheroo....

    exhaust
    1. stays
    2 gets E3 270
    3 gets E2 260
    4 needs 260 - (old 270 becomes a spare)

    intake
    1. gets I4 270
    2. needs 260
    3. gets i1 275 - (old 270 becomes a spare)
    4. gets i2 265

This means I need (2) 260 shims and everything else swaps... correct?!

    Measurements and math look ok.

And yes, if you decide to swap shims, those numbers will work.

Just remember not to rotate that cam onto the bucket without a shim in place.

    Thanks for the confirmation.

Cams won't be turned without shims, the whole head is on the workbench right now anyhow.

Shims are my last step here, and then yics blockoff and carb sync.

Once this thing is all together and running, I'll have to write up a testimonial to those who have said "recommissioning takes xhundred dollars." It has, and it feels good to know everything has been gone through and done correctly.
