So the cable to my number 4 spark plug was so gone, when I pulled the spark plug off it literally just fell off...

So I need to know where in the catalog I can buy what I need. Very much the newbie with these type of things.

    Just buy another coil.

There isn't a simple fix; you'd need to Dremel away a bunch of plastic on the coil body, find the stub, reattach the wire, and fill the mess back up with epoxy.

Just find another coil; get on eBay, put a post in "Sell, Trade, Swap, Wanted" or get ahold of Len.

    Get a SET.

Why wouldn't this be an instance where you can trim off a bit of the end and reattach the spark plug cap? It looks like the wire is still attached at the coil end.

OH, sorry. It looked to me like the wire had pulled off one of the COILS.

If it's just a matter of the plug cap, then by all means: lop about 3/8" off the end of the wire, make sure the inside of the cap (where the theaded spike is) is clear of any debris from the pulled off wire, and thread the cap back on.

The plug caps have a spike inside that screws into the core of the wire. As long as the wires are still attached to the coils, ignore my previous advice.

Check inside the caps where the spark plug goes, you'll see a set of screwdriver slots to either side of the hole. Gently ensure the resistor cores aren't loose within the caps as well.
