    thanks to all that provided me with excellent advices, I sold my XJ today, very short lived, I really enjoyed the short time I owned it, although almost relieved that I did not have to work on the carbs :D

    Too Bad to see you sold your bike. The carbs can be difficult but when they are right there is nothing better. Good luck to you and if you ever get another XJ. You know where to find us.
