spark plugs size

    I am stumped.

    I have a 85 Yamaha 700 Maxim, and I was thinking the spark plugs were 14mm....I have tried that size, 16mm, 5/8 standard, nothing....any ideas?

    They are 14mm, threads! The socket is a standard sparkplug socket. 3/4 inch or 19mm.
