Morning all can anyone tell me if the tab end on the drive cable is inline or offset as inner cable keeps snapping at this point as Iam sure the original was inline and all the replacements I’ve found and fitted are offset or is it my clocks any info appropriated

Just a straight inline cable with square bits.
You might need to lubricate the speedo end if it's breaking since that is where any restriction/friction would be on the cable spinning.
