Hi again more questions for you guys!

What would cause the bike to pull into a corner as soon as you put a slight lean into it.

At slow speed(20 or 30Km/h ish) it feels like I have to fight the handlebars from turning left if i lean slightly to go around a left hand turn and likewise with turning right.

I replaced the wheel bearings and they feel smooth although a little tight and I've put new lower bushes and seals into the forks and they seem pretty solid and I re-packed the headset bearings which seem nice and smooth without play but in saying that there is something funky going on in that area I'm thinking.

Any ideas appreciated as I couldn't seem to track down the 'steering troubleshooting FAQ' which I was sure must be somewhere about.

Bearing? Forks? what do you think?

    Thanks

My Venture does that if the air in the front tire is only a few PSI low.

    Aha!

I'm glad i didn't go on a high speed test(I only took it up to 60Km/h) because the tyres were a bit low...

    Front: 12psi
    Rear: 23psi

Good info, as always, and thanks again :)

yep, knew instantly what the issue was. I learned that lesson many years ago on my Ninjas. Now I carry a tire gauge on the bike at all times and check them before EVERY ride.

    Good call!
I have a foot pump with a gauge on it which works a charm.

The tyres have been sitting on the bike, on it's centre stand, for about 9 months now, damn time flies, and the last thing that went on were the tyres at that point. Because of the complete strip and build up, I have to admit the tyre pressure wasn't even on my radar when I took it for a test ride.

Basics are basics no matter what though!
