    Anyone know the stock fuel and air jet sizes for an '82 650 with Hitachi's?

    Needle jet = 3.2 mm
    Main air jet = 50
    Pilot air jet = 195

    Unless it's a YICS motor, in which case it's:

    Main fuel jet = 110
    Pilot fuel jet = 40
    Needle jet = 3.2 mm
    Needle: Y-10
    Main air jet = 50
    Pilot air jet = 205

    I'll be able to tear it down again Friday and probably bump this thread up if I find different sizes.

    does boring out the cylinders require rejetting? everytime I think the bike is perfect it changes again. I don't know what else to look at...
