    Thought I'd share some good news. I got the bike running well yesterday. Idles smooth @900 rpm. Nice smooth acceleration. I took her for a few spins around the block. Very nice. Didn't venture far as she has no rear lights or fender and no plates at present. Now she needs her new tires mounted and the paint finished then I can get her inspected and registered.

    Just wanted to say thanks for all who answered any of my questions and this forum in general. It's saved me a ton of headache. I'll get some pics up in a gallery soon.
