If you were to get an Electrosport Gauge (google it or search on the forums here) you can get a single gauge which will do speed, tach, idiot lights, and temperature. The kit comes with your temp probe to retro fit to your engine. Never having bought one, I'm not sure where you would measure the temperature but I'm sure they will tell you the best place.

Had a GSX1100EFE with a oil temperature gauge a great many years ago and apparently Suzuki had a great many terrified owners waiting for their bike to explode when they saw how hot the oil was getting in their new bikes! They fitted oil pressure gauges after that apparently.
Had a look at your gallery [nice bike]and noticed there was no oil cooler at least not one I noticed so you might be better off fitting a cooler than a gauge.
104 is a hot summers day over here and after chasing qualified opinions on the temperature my oil was getting to I was told repeatedly that oil pressure was a lot more important than oil temperature.
So fit a cooler and relax.
Dont forget to keep your fluids up as much as the bikes
Hope this was of some help.
