Admin for letting me in , certainly a good and handy site you have here.
Hi alls , a few days ago i swapped a computer for a XJ750 as the xj had the starter problems... all in bits/motor split and now in the kitchen and sourcing the bits to fix er up...i nearly have them all located.

the bike has 60k on it , it needs a primary chain and guide , camchain and guide and of course the starter clutch , and the little end bearings [conrod] shows wear of course so i'll replace those whilst i am there.

i'll post a cupla small pics later of inside motor as i have seen a post or 2 about the starter clutch and symptoms.....

not too bad after 60k :)

    cheers , me.... :D

Sounds like a good trade! Computers seem to be made obselete in less than a year these days! 8O

But I guarantee that this bike is a classic that won't be made obselete!

At least you still have internet access for help from this forum too. :D
