I installed two new Dunlop tires on my bike. Do I still go with the tire pressure values in the owners manual or do I need to get on the Dunlop manufacturers website and look up inflation pressures for the model tire I have installed?

I would go with the owners manual. The info on the sidewalls of the tire is maximum load at maximum PSI.

yes, don't use the max on the sidewall, that's for installation to seat the bead.

Check Dunlop's site. Tire technology has improved greatly over the last quarter of a century; you may find their recommendations to be a few pounds higher than in your owners' manual.

Each Tire has a different value for proper Inflation.

And that Tire has variable Inflation Rate which depends on the Speed Rating, Average Ambient Temperatures and the Weight which the Tire will be subject to during usage.

Front: 36 PSI ~ Rear: 38 PSI are "Default" pressures that are within most Manufacturers recommended pressures that will protect the tire from running underinflated, ... which is a harmful situation.
