    The three wheels were very unstable - hence the quads. But they can be a whole lot of fun.

    Friend of mine had one just like that, back in the day. A lot of fun, like Bill said, but freakin' scary too!

    Had an ATC90 back in the early 70's. Was great for riding out the the ice shante in the winter. Later came the Big Red which was a 250cc and made the 3 wheels even more dangerous.

    I had the 250 and can't say I ever crashed it. They did require alot of body input to keep them upright but they were alot of fun to ride, suspension was either nonexistent or poor.
