Two piece handlebars triple tree. need help

    Hello, I need some help from the experts of this site

    I have an 84 xj750rl with the two piece handle bars. the mount is cast to the tiple tree not bolted.

    I need to know which upper tree I need to convert it to pinch style bars. otherwise, what else do I need?

    you could use somthing like this with cup inverted onto serrated post bolt up to risers you want then single piece bars

    or have a machine shop remove serrated portion.
    you could also have a machine shop cut the serrated portion off of the bottom of the handle bars and use it as a spacer
