Looking things over on my new bike, I found several unused threaded holes, and I'm curious what might go in them. Two in the front just above the header tubes on the frame, and two or three on each side around the rear wheel well.
I'm thinking the front may be for the rest-o-the-world oil cooler, and the sides might be for a rear rack and/or saddle bag mounts.
    Your thoughts?

I've been curious about the ones above the headers also. I just used those to mount my new horns (alot louder)
Those on the rear of the bike are for the stock signals I believe or a grab/sissy bar mount.

    You pretty much got it.

On the 550s, there is a tab for a "grab rail" on the right side, but the bike didn't come with one; although it also served as a mount for the factory luggage rack.

The two in the front are likely for the oil cooler mounts.
