Valve Cover Bolt Helicoils?

    Anyone know which Helicoil kit I need for valve cover bolt holes (6mm fine or coarse?)?

    They're M6 X 1.0 I don't know what 1.0 pitch would be considered (fine or coarse.)

    1.5 is coarse, 1.00 is fine
