Valvoline 20w50 from wallyworld

    Have been picking this oil up at the local walmart for 3.97/qt..

    It meets JASO-MA standards and I'd say I have about 6k miles using this oil. Its been working great.

    I had been using Yamalube from a dealer, but this valvoline is about half the price and i see no operational difference.

    Any comments on this stuff? I'd be interested to know if there's a cheaper alternative too.

    Keep using it. Amy oil that meets the engine's requirements is fine. My persomal prefrence is for Rotella-T, but that's not necessarily a better oil to use.
