Vapor gauge suggestions

    Hey i am searching for a few pictures of anyone's bikes who have vapor gauges mounted... I am hoping to see how you guys mounted the speedo sensor, and the tach wire...
    I personally am mounting it on an 85 maxim x

    the tach got direct wired to the coils with a 1.5 Meg resistor, they recommend a 1 Meg but mine was still jumpy.
    the Seca is the only vapor gauge, the other two are bicycle speedometers but the pick-up is the same.
    i use Scotch mounting tape to stick a magnet to the rim, generic tape won't work :) get it at the car parts store.
    plan on taking the pick-up off to take the wheel off
