After a week (maybe 2) of sitting my bike's battery voltage read 11.6.

As soon as I started the bike - even at idle - the voltage quickly got up to 13.5.

After a few minutes of riding it sat at 14.3 volts - no more no less. I tried adding some draw to the system to see if it would change things but I didn't have anything with me to put a big enough draw on the system.

Now I've got to get my vest out and see what the voltage does with that turned up.

    Just notes... woot.

Sounds like the regulator is doing a swell job maintaining the voltage! Although it sounds just a hair high (I wouldn't like to see more than 13.8), could be boiling out your battery sooner than later.

I'm going to recheck my level on the battery - was fine in the spring. I was surprised as well by the 14.3 reading - expecting more 13.8-9
