voltage reading on TCI box

    i checked the voltage between the red/white wire and the black and was getting 9 volts with the reading on the battery about 11.8 so i changed the fuse box from glass to blade style, now i get a reading of 10.5 with the battery at same state of charge. im trickle charging it now, but what is the range the voltage drop should be in from the battery to the tci box? keep in mind these readings are just with the key and run switch on, not while cranking or running
