    Hello there fellow XJers
I'm starting my bigger winter projects and NEED parts for my Xj700. Some parts i know are interchangeable so here goes
    In need of:

    Exhaust system.
Part or whole. Mine is pretty rusted and pitted out.. Certainly needs new headers, and the mufflers are rusted onto the collector box x.x

    XJ or Seca Rims!
I have some sad looking rims on my bike that it looks like was purchased from the junkyard.. Tires with decent tread is a plus! I like the swirl ones and the star rim for the rear wheel! But anything is better than what I have

    Forks!!
Mine are in awful condition.. Pitted, leaking, and rusted out Cap bolts, they are in very sorry shape.

    Rear Shocks!
I'm trying to find some decent priced Savage Shocks, but if someone has a good lookin pair of XJ shocks I'd be more than happy.

Thats the main stuff.... Its a lot.. Still have a lot of minor things to accomplish like fixing the leaky petcock and carbs. Cleanin up my engine and a new valve cover gasket.. Oiy its a lot
Thanks a Million for lookin guys!! Would love any and all feedback. Even just lettin me know whats interchangeable or a close fit. Like I think the forks for a 650 will fit mine, but they are a bit shorter. Which is cool with me!

if your wanting a cool look for the forks and you dont mind them being a little shorter we just put a set from a GSXR on a buddy of mines bike and they look awesome you have to change the triples but it is well worth it man let me tell you it is fu#kin sharp.

SLK, I have all of the parts you listed sitting in storage (a near complete 85 700 by the way). Shipping might be a bear but I'd be willing to strip it out for you. Our e-mail is out at work but the internet works, I'll log onto XJ.xat (the external chat room MiCarl put together for us) and wait for you to drop in and we'll talk.
    Peace.

when you say star wheels im in the process of dismantling a 89 virago the wheels look olike the front wheel on my maxim x . i believe they are the same . only thing the centers are gold . i need to look at the forks also and measure them. but if they are the same will let them go cheap . my 1100 i painted black they came out great

Hey those are the rims I got on my bike! I like the color though. It goes with my new paint scheme.
No the star ones are the rims that look solid
