Wanted:

Hey all. I'm looking to turn my 82 XJ650J into a budget tourer. I'm looking for:
- A fairing that will give me (and my wife) relief from the South Dakota
wind thats always seems to blow in the opposite way no matter which
way your headed. I would like to find a windjammer if possible. Would
even settle for a fairly wide plastic shield.

- Some smaller hard shell bags and trunk

- Pipes. with the baffles, no straight throughs. quiet is the goal.

- King and Queen seat

- Crash bars or highway peg, I know I'm not the only one looking for
these

- Parts in any condition would be considered. Let me know what you've
got. I could even mod if it's close enough

It's in great shape and had the headlight bucket and a 12" tall windscreen. Really helped calm the winds, especially on the freeway.

 

I'll back to you. I have to talk to the wife. I spent more than I expected this weekend on my 4X4 so we'll see what she says.
Do you still have the crasbars as well ?
