    Can have this for less than the asking price.
    Issues described are: dies while riding (quote: as if it doesn't get fuel) and battery drain.

    My thoughts: if carbs were off, he wouldn't be able to ride much in first place. So I am guessing maybe vacuum in tank or fuel pump.

    Battery drain is more difficult but looking at the digital gauge and the wiring, my bet is on that wiring job.
