Last Friday I swapped out my single headlight for dual lights and pulled my instrument cluster off. Been using my phone's gps for speedo. I was really surprised how easy it was to make the switch.

I ordered a new speedo from mikesxs, it should be here tomorrow. I also found an electrical breaker box that will fit behind the headlights to hide the rat's nest of wires.

Speedo got here just when it was supposed to. Got it wired in and temp mounted. Once again I was surprised at the ease. Even took it for a ride and tested it against the gps, it reads a mile or two higher than my gps and the lights all work. I can't wait to ride to work in the morning.
