I saw a add on craigslist and finally called yesterday. The guy kept dropping the price on a 750 seca i called when it hit $250.I asked the basic questions about condition, last time it was inspected, what it needs, how it runs.It seemed like a great deal, the add said clear title.Found out that it would need some carb work and new tires.I was really getting excited togo the hour and a half to pick up a cheap bike.i kept asking myself if i asked all the questions I needed to know about the bike.I called the guy back and said i would come pick the bike up,then for some reason I asked if the title was in his name?Oddly enough it wasn't.Seems to be in someone elses name.In Pa you need togo with the seller to be able to transfer the tilte, unless they have had the title notorized it only cost about 5$.Then it gives the person a open title to do what the will with it.Glad I kept asking questions now the guy will not call back or answer my calls saved me a 3 hour trip and a waste of time.
