Will a Seca 750 front fender fit on a maxim 650?

Curious. I really like the look of the fender.

Possible, because they are both leading axle forks. A Turbo fender would not work. There still may be some clearance issue.

    Yes, ... it will fit.
    And, look nice.

But, ... the Holes on the Fender Mounting Wings won't "Line-up" perfectly, ... to make is a "Straight--Bolt-On"

You can Bolt the Front Hole without a problem
You'll have to "Cheat" the Rear Bolt-hole a little bit.
The Hole needs to be "Elongated"
Taking enough material to get a Bolt in it will mean doing some drilling on the Back-side that makes the hole an "Open-ended U".
    An invitation to rattle.

    Try "Splitting-the-difference"
Make sure you have good "Fender-to-tire" Clearance on the Backside.
When its "Nice" ... there might not be any Hole lined-up.
But there will be an EDGE.

If you "Catch the Edge" with some Special Fasteners, ... you can mount the Fender without having the Backside be too close to the tire.

Here's how to do it looking at the Left Fork from the Front:

Fork Mount > Fender Washer > External Star Lock Washer > The EDGE of the Fender Mount > External Star Lock Washer > Fender Washer > Lock Washer > Longer fitting Bolt.
