will the xs1100 stator and rotor fit the xj1100 maxim

    hello,i was on the site a couple of months ago,when i was thinking of buying an 1100 maxim,well i did.anyway it was having charging problems,so i replaced the brushes,the battery is good.its still not charging,the rev counter aint working,and the warning light stays on.im sure the alternator rotor is no good.will the stator and rotor from the xs1100 fit the 1100 maxim.other than that i love the bike ,powerful engine.thanks
