CAn I use any windshield so long as it is measured to fit my bike?
Another question, last night my bike would not start; I had it running throughout the day but last night it wouldn't start, sounded like maybe the battery needed a jump, like it wouldn't catch but then it wouldn't even attempt to start...I would hit the start button and there would be nothing(headlight also goes out when I start it up)...is this a simple jumpstart or are fuses out/loose connection somewhere?

check the battery out sounds like it might be drained, wouldnt hurt to check fuses also.

I checked out the fuses today and they are good; jumped it with another bike, it lost the charge, then after it held it I stalled it out coming out of a stop and it wouldn't even take a charge. The thing is that the battery is basically new.

Have you tried using a trickle charger, like a simple 10/2 charger, because my bike was behaving very similarly, and wouldnt even take a jump, I used a trickle charger and after a day it was great, no problems since.

My harley would cut out when I rode when i first got it.The positive cable going to engine was hanging by a few strands of wire.took me some time to figure this out.boought a new lead and no more problems. When I first got my seca it seemed like the battery would drain thought it was something to do with locking the handelbars but don't fully remember.
