I can probably figure this out, but I quit last night at around 1am and maybe I was too tired to get it then.

I put bigger bars on my Seca and used Maxim cables for all the controls. I just added a couple of inches to all the wires from behind the headlight to make them long enough. I got it put mostly back together and everything works except for the right turn signal. This is extremely baffling to me, as all the connections I made in extending the wires from the signal switch test out good. I looked at the wiring diagram, and since the left signal works, the only one that isn't shared by the two circuits is dark green. I thought for sure that was going to be my problem so I redid that connection. Still no signal. I'm about to go back and start on it again, but I thought that maybe one of you guys with more electrical experience could put me on the right path.

    Thanks.

Check the ground wire. They run a separate wire for the ground on these bikes and I had trouble with one of mine not making contact when I changed the signals lights too.

No bulbs. I switched to LED turn signals a while ago. If one of them wasn't making contact for some reason, I'd get one lit and not the other. With my current situation, I can't even hear the relay click when I flip the switch for the right signals, but left works fine. I still haven't figured it out.

    Paco,
I noticed when I installed my LEDs, you have to have the wires hooked up correctly or they won't work. Try reversing the polarity and see if that works. Just a thought. >PD<

I got it all apart yesterday and the problem was the dark green wire. It had come loose inside the switch housing. I've completed all my mods now. I'll post some new pics shortly.

Here's the project completely done. I like the new bars a lot better.

Hey Paco, it looks great. I really like that color.
I am thinking about going with that next time I paint mine (probably next winter) and doing some one-shade-lighter pearl flames on it. Red always gets you noticed.

Hey paco, I like those exhaust pipes. Do you like the way they sound? What kind are they? Do they fit well?

They're just stock, but like you noticed, they fit the bike really well in terms of mood and look, and they do sound good too, so why fix what's not broken?

Yeah I wish I could take credit for the the paint job, but it was that color when I got it. I like the color too. I wish I knew what the code was, because it needs a little touch up and it's been kind of hard to match.
