    that's not a 550! it's a shaftie, meaning it's a 650 at the least. interesting though, it looks to have seca mufflers.

    Correct. It's a 650 Maxim.

    Those are definitely not Seca mufflers, looks like Sportster mufflers to me.

    Also looks like it's missing carb hat on #1, brakes, tires, wrong bars, etc etc.

    If the compression is good it wouldn't be a terrible starting point.
