    it's so much cheaper in the US then in Australia for the XJ.

    i recently pick up a 81 XJ650 for 5 times that! :( But I love it!

    Our US brothers would die if they could see the ridiculous prices they ask for used bikes over here, but then again , the new prices are so much more than in the States too, cheers, Murray

    I payed a whopping $600 for my 82 750 and it ran great. It needed electrical and brake work but it ran. I also got new tires. I made her a bagger for the wife(she loves to ride). Total, for everything, under $1000. Can't beat it.

    That headlight area is a rat's nest.......nothing that can't be fixed thou.....looks like electrical is in store for this bike....
