I need to figure out how to get my brake lights & tail light working, just rebuilt rear master cylinder still no pressure in lines, front works seem to have a wobble not sure what it is. Somebody please help, need suggestions on what to do and how to fix for cheap.

Check the obvious things first. Are the bulbs and fuses good? Fuse boxes are the source of most electrical problems its a good idea to replace it.
The XJ11 brakes are linked front and rear. The rear pedal works the rear and one front rotor. You have to bleed both to have working brakes.
Does the bike "wobble" when the brake is applied of all the time?
