Xj550 airbox installation help

    Hello all i finally purchased a new to me stock airbox for my xj550 as pods were ridiculous. My question is their a way to install this without removing the motor? Any advice would rock. Thank you

    remove carbs
    remove motor mounts and the front lond bot at bottom of motor to tilt it forward.
    you may have to remove starter too.

    you will want to heat box up with a heat gu it the tight spots to help slide it in
