xj550 swapping gas tank

    Hey guys I swapped my gas tank out for a peanut tank Im running a fuel shut off and inline fuel filter. But what do I do with the hose that comes out of the carb

    The hose that comes off the carbs goes to your petcock. If you are running a Harley style petcock with one line, you will need to block off the vacuum nipple on the top of the number 2 intake manifold because the Harley petcock was not vacuum operated. It was just an on/off type of valve.

    Post up a pic. I would love to see how the bike looks with the new tank.
