XJ600 Exhaust Header Gaskets

    I think I may have put this in the wrong place previously as I've had no responses, so let's try again here:

    My recently purchased XJ600 is blowing round one of the exhaust headers, so I went online to look and see if I can get some new gaskets. I was surprised to find I can buy two different types, both from the same website and both for the same price.

    One is aluminium fibre and the other is brass. The exhaust I have on the bike is a N-eta.

    Personally I would have gone for the aluminium fibre, but am prepared to bow to the superior wisdom and experience of others on this website before making a decision. Any advice guys?
