    Hi,

I have my 81 XJ650 that I am currently building into a Bobber/Rat bike. I'd like to do a foot hydraulic clutch setup. I'm looking at using a rear master cylinder from a yz50 dirt bike because they are $10 bucks on E-Bay. I can build a mount for the peg and all, but I'm not sure about how to get the hydraulic part to move the clutch. I've seen some kits for the handlebar but nothing for just a line or parts to make your own line.

    Any insight would be helpfull.

    Thanks,
    Perry

OK... lots of looks but no one has any ideas....

This is what I'm thinking about using, the slave cylinder from a VW and one from a YZ250. I can make a mount for a foward foot control and use the YZ250 cylinder there as the master and the VW one looks like it will "fit" in the stock mount for the clutch cable.

So I'm wondering if the pressure's will be ok in the system from mixing a yamaha part with a VW part and what kind of connectors I need and where to get them.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Perry
