Ok, so i looked in the repair manual and it says to just pull the axel and the wheel slides out to he rear....haha funny.

I have the axel off and CANNOT get the wheel to come out. Is there a trick? I also removed the drum brake assembly from the other side completely...no dice.

    Any ideas?

Smack the left side of the rim/wheel with a rubber hammer.
    Wiggle the wheel.
    I will eventually wiggle off.
There is heavy grease and suction keeping it stuck on.

I did this to both my parts bike and daily rider this weekend and swapped the wheels.
