    Hello,
I recently took off my carbs and found that my intake manifold is not in the best condition. These parts are not readily available off a catalog, if you have a parts bike or set of these laying around please let me know! If your gaskets to the block are intact that is even better!

You can try repairing them to save some $$ with large heat shrink wrap or good RTV. If you want to purchase, Chacal (XJ4Ever) has individual parts and complete sets (bolts, gaskets, vacuum caps, etc.) available.

Mind the intake boot bolts. They tend to snap off during removal.
I'm assuming that you want ot ride this summer. The prudent thing to do is to thoroughly clean and degrease the boots, and reapir them with RTV, or Shrink-wrap. Most of the time the cracks do not go all the way through, but the repairs will prevent the cracks from growing. Then you can ride and take care of replacing the boots this winter when you can take the time to let penetrating oil loosen the bolts.

Thanks fellas, it does appear that these are becoming rare parts as the rubber degrades. I will give the RTV a shot. They weren't the most flexible and removing the carbs was not very easy, not looking forward to the rebuild. I need the block-to-boot gasket because mine crumbled to dust when I pulled them off. They aren't bank breakers though.

The intake boots aren't rare (at least not anymore). They are available new, just not from Yamaha.
Chacal has the gaskets (and boots if you want) in stock. Start a conversation with him. He has everything.
