XJ750 Velocity Stack question

    can anyone tell me the size of velocity stack i can use on my 1983 Maxim 750.
    I have poked around the internet and see some, but there always seams to be a size issue. I want to remove the stock air box (and possibly use that area for storage) and i want a set of inexpensive velocity stacks hanging off the carbs.

    You might want to check all the posts on replacing airbox with (DARE I SAY THIS!) pods (didn't get hit with lightning, not even any thunder). Some members have made it work and others......welllllll, let's just say there are some problems associated with this mod....
