xj900 exhaust compatibility

Does anyone have a list of compatible exhausts for the xj900f at all?

I believe they were called seca over in America, but this side of the pond they are just known as pre-diversion.

I have an old 900f ratbike with a nasty home-made exhaust system on it that whilst has been working, is now getting to the point where its rotting out and blowing lots. Ive been looking for replacements but can only get a new one for £400 which I refuse to do for a 25 year old bike that cost me £250.

I have a welder and am more than willing to make my own system up but I have no idea where to get headers from cheap, also Its quite difficult working out what other headers are compatible that I can use as a base to weld up a new system.

hey lads, sorry for bumping this, im having the same problem. i just searched through a lot of the forum and cant find much info about xj900f exhausts. both my original end cans are rotting. the headers look great, but sourcing end cans seems like a problem. anyone had any luck recently in sourcing anything? im in ireland.

thanks lads, i have bought a new collector box, and got one jama NOS end can for a song. the odds of picking up another one for the other side are slim, but will keep trying.
