XS 1100 Inaugural ride.

    As some may remember I have been stripping and cleaning up an XS1100 I bought six months ago.

    Well, It's finally finished. Well almost anyway. Just got some rejetting and minor aesthetic do finish.

    Was stoked with the first ride. Pulls like a steam train on nitro. Smooth gear shifts and steady as a rock up to 150kmh (allegedly :wink: )

    Anyway, thought I'd share a couple of pics of the finished product.

    Although, never really finished, still some minor cosmetics and rejetting for the pods etc, but she's close enough for now. 8)

    Sweet looking ride, I like the touch of red on the rotor/wheel. Is it paint of just rust/corroison? it looks sweet on the all black bike

    Colour is Indian Red. Just an experiment to break up the colour a bit.

    I think it looks good so I think I'll keep it that colour.
