XS650 ad - nice bike - interesting ad

    Those rims (at least the rear one) won't fit the XJ 550. One reason is that the XS 650 rear axle is larger in diameter than the XJ axle. Also,the 550 has a cush drive assembly,whereas the XS 650 sprocket bolts directly to the rim. I ran into this problem when trying to fit a set of 1981 XJ 550 Seca rims on my 1981 XS 650 Special.The front wheel is a direct swap,but the rear is going to take a bit of "re-engineering" to make it fit.
