Ok so heres the question. There is, correction was a faceplate that said yahama yics on it. It was on the right side of the bike next to the break pedal. Its round and im sure you all know what im talking about. Well, funny thing is the bike took a harder hit than i thought it would, and cracked that whole metal plat in half. The bike still runs and what not, but is that faceplate important? It doesnt look like its really doing anything.

On the right side it really is there to match the left side. On the left side it is there to keep the reluctor dry and clean. You can ride happy without the right one but not the left one.
