      Hi read your previous post from a few years back on the cylinder head torque settings you were trying to confirm. My Haynes manual states like you said 22nm for the dome nuts (12 of) but was thinking it was not tight enough. Is this correct as there differing schools of thought on the right torque.

      Hey i am reading your 4 year build and i gotta say your color scheme between the frame and wheels is beautiful. I was wondering how you got your carbs so clean? i am completely rebuilding mine (throttle shaft seals and all) so i have them completely torn down now. i tried soda blasting but it's kind of a bitch and not the effective.

        I sprayed the carbs with the same as the engine enamel, I had the inner 2 carb hats chromed.
