Told the SecaRat she will get an oilfilter conversionkit next year.
She seems happy with that message because she hates that fiddling and messing...
Watch the height of your fronttire if you don't want to change the rake of your frontend. It's minor but noticable.
Another possibillity could be your fronttire is cupped. And now you notice it due to the new springs.
you don't need air with prog. springs
I was experimenting with the height of the front-rear end. A couple of mm's can make quite a difference when galloping through the mountainranges...
Wow.. that's pretty intens.
It did fit the 750 Secarat rearrim. Pain in the ..s to get it on the rim but functioned just fine and had a good look.
Had that ones with a suzuki gs450. After a crash the petcock leaked and the bowlneedles were slightly off. 12L of fuel all down in the cylinders...
Just push the bolt through to the other side.
Probably with force because the tread is biting in the oilrings
Or turn the bolt out.
140/70/18 fits the stockrim too. I rode it for 2 years with innertube. No problem.
The conversionkit is interesting.
Only straight roads??
Plenty of parts available overthere and in the netherlands aswell. The xj-range was quit popular overhere.
Seems a carbcleaning/readjustment could be in order to start with.
