Hey everybody, I recently bought new fuses to ensure that all of them were new, when I went to change them out on the (new to me) bike I realized that I only have clips and wires for one fuse. I have no idea where the other wires are or what to do next. I was planning on upgrading to an aftermarket fuse box but don’t know if that’s possible anymore. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Eeek!
There should be more fuses than that. I see other electrical "fixes" in your photos.
How comfortable are you with electrical work?

Question are you going to keep all systems or are you going the minimal route? If your keeping all then best bet is to get the Manual , make a copy of the wiring diagram, blow it up so you can read it , take several different colors of high lighters , mark up at fuse block, trace wires on bike till you find the correct wire, as long as previous owner did not add all the same color wire , you should be able to sort it out. Recommend you purchase a small spool of Brown, Red, Black, Blue , White wire these are the common colors , Think I spent less than 20$ at Autozone , I always have kept these wires for other projects . The other thing buy the better Butt Splices and Terminal ends Autozone sells they are more expensive but much better quality .

IMO you can look for the missing (but hopefully just hidden) fuses and wires, and repiar them properly, or you can buy a used harness that is in original conditionand swap it out.
That determainationcan only be made once you look the whole harness over to see how many cuts and splices were made. None of the factory terminals or splices are of the type you can buy at Walmart. Those splices are fine to use, but only if done well, and waterproof are better.
