    HELLO FOLKS; I'M A NEW MEMBER I HAVE A 1982 550 SECA XJ AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT FRONT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER OF THE OTHER XJ MODELS WILL ADAPT TO THE 550

    Location:
    Rural SE Michigan 60 miles N of Motown
    All 3 years of 550, both Seca and Maxim, will fit. That same part was also used on the XS400J/RJ and K/RK (400 Maxim and Seca, '82-83.)

    You could probably get away with one from one of the single disc Maxims, but the angle might be different.
