For Sale 1982 Yamaha Seca XJ550R

Hello,
Up for your consideration is a 1982 Yamaha Seca XJ550R. I picked this bike up many years ago to cleanup, get running, and use to get my motorcycle license. I rode it on and off for a number of years but, it has been parked in my garage since 2008. I don't remember all the details of what I did when I first got it but, most was basic maintenance replacing worn wheel bearings, seals, fork seals, head bearings, brake pad and shoes, master cylinder rebuilt, fuse box was shot, replaced with, inline weather-tite blade style fuse holders, new seat cover, various gaskets, fuel petcock replaced with non-vacuum style. Basic carb gaskets, slide diaphrams were in good condition. Frame end engine were degreased and touched up with spray cans.
Bike had been down by previous owner. one or two of the flywheel cover bolt bosses were cracked, main case OK, just bolt bosses. Lower end of case, was opened up cleaned and reinstalled.
Gas tank is dented but, was not rusted through.
Really nice rear tire, very low miles on it before parking it.
Had it running pretty good.
Current condition
Not running. Have not tried to get it to run, if I have time I will see if I can get it to start.
Tank will open. Stinks like stale gas, unsure of condition.
Odometer states, 44,020 miles
Very dusty
Have Title, have last MA registration, have key.
Custom, low-buck aluminum chain guard to pass inpection.
No rear pegs.
Reason for selling.
Been sitting to long, would be better off with someone else who needs it.
$350, as is.
I cannot deliver.
I will not ship.
I am not interested in parting it out.
Not interested in trades at this time.
You bring your truck or trailer and cash and it is yours.

UPDATE: I was able to get the motor to fire and run but, very rough. I'm sure its due to sitting since 2008. At least one float is stuck. I ran it off of a clean test tank.
Volt gauge indicated it was charging, and indicating lights on cluster appeared to be working as well.
