    BTW, the 22U-23136 is the supersede part # for the 650 Maxim forks, most people will recognize those fork tubes using the original number 4H7-23136-00-00

    After a long, long, long absence I had a notion to log into XJ Bikes today. Of course the first thing was to search out Rick. I saw this post and had to respond. Sorry to hijack the thread.

    Rick, my old friend, I am sorry to hear of your condition. You may recall many years ago I visited your home in MA. I also had at one point bought a 900 motor and had it at your house (the intent was to build a Turbo 900). I came to visit while on business in Waltham.

    My father is also suffering the ravages of Parkinson's having been diagnosed about 10 years ago.

    If there is anything we can do to assist just ask. There are many on these forums who owe their XJ stability and riding pleasure to you.
