50k Mile 96 YZF600R Thundercat

Recently picked up a sweet 98 YZF600R for $100
Also came with a new swingarm stand

needed a few things, PO thought he blew up the transmission, turned out the front sprocket mounting nut and washer fell off somehow?

quick cheap fix, but it needed a carb rebuild, fuel pump, filters, fluids, plugs, battery, carb boots, starter relay, brake reservoirs, fork seals, pads, turn signal relay

Still needs some plastics and a headlight restoration

This bike is a monster! Seriously so much fun, supposedly around 97 hp, big difference from my 81 xj550

however, I just turned over 50k miles on this thing meaning I should probably do a valve adjustment and(?)

I’ve seen one at 80k miles,

but im wondering how many miles I can expect out of a well maintained machine?

My xj550 just passed 6k miles and my virago xv750 is at 11k

And I definitely need to synch those carbs,
tiny bit rough while opening throttle
