82 XJ1100 handlebars

Hey, i’m new to the forum and new to riding in general, i recently got a fairly stock 82 xj1100 and am looking to upgrade the handlebars. Now i know a little bit about what to do but i just wanted to see if someone else could help me. I know clip-ons will work but i don’t want that look for this bike yet i’m having trouble figuring out what parts i need to go with a full bar (tracker or drag bar so far). Do i need to change my top clamp in order to attach the bar? or can i use the same clamp?

then add a set of risers for your new bars to clamp to

check bolt size or you may have to drill the hole. I do not recomend drilling
